  • With a single user license, you are free to use fonts purchased from chelseaburkettdesign.com for both personal and commercial projects. This includes use in websites, apps, logos, social media, e-publications, and more. However, the license is for one user only—you cannot share or sell the fonts, including on free font sites. If you're using the font for a client, they must purchase their own license.

  • You can use the fonts for a wide range of personal and commercial design projects, including but not limited to:

    • Logo or trademark design

    • E-publications and digital content

    • Social media posts and ads

    • Video projects

    • And more!

    If you're planning to use the font for the following, please reach out to design@chelseaburkett.com for information on extended or custom licenses:

    • Websites with more than 50k page views

    • Film title treatments or credits

    • National or international marketing campaigns

    • Physical publications (books, magazines, etc.)

    • Businesses with revenue over $2M

  • For multiple users, simply add one copy of each font product to your cart for each user. Alternatively, contact us at design@chelseaburkett.com with the total number of users, and we’ll create a custom license and invoice for you.

  • You are not allowed to:

    • Redistribute, sublicense, sell, or lease the font to any third party, including on free font websites.

    • Modify, alter, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the font.

    • Embed the font in software, hardware, or products intended for resale or distribution without explicit written permission.

    • Use the font in any unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate manner.

Personal and commercial use

  • One user per license, (12 users = 12 licenses).

  • If purchasing this font to design on behalf of your client, the font cannot be shared with them. Instead, they must purchase their own license to use the native font on their own system.

  • Inquire with design@chelseaburkett.com for an extended custom license if you intend on using the font for:

    • Websites with more than 50k page views

    • Film title treatments or credits

    • National or international campaign design

    • For use in a physical publishing, such as a magazine or book

    • Or if your business makes over $2M in revenue 

Return Policy, Fonts

Due to the nature of digital products and instant downloads, all font sales are final and non-refundable. Once the purchase is made, the files cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to review the product details carefully before purchasing.
